Most orders placed from Monday to Friday will be packed and shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product information. Our standard shipments receive a reference number. With it, you can track the shipment for more information on the expected delivery date. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address during the transaction. If the package is not delivered due to an incorrectly entered address, the customer bears all costs of re-shipping.
Within 12-48 hours after sending the parcel, you will receive an e-mail containing the name of the carrier. You can also check this information by logging in to the Order Status section. Copy and paste the parcel’s reference number to check the status of your parcel on the carrier’s website. Shipment information may not be available immediately – activation of the process may take several days. Postal carriers may not provide the current status of the package.
Lost packages: if the package gets lost during transport, please contact us for further shipment.

Each product purchased may be returned within 30 days of placing the order in order to obtain a full refund or replacement.
Read the following steps to explain how to return the product.
1. Request a return via e-mail or use the service contact form before returning the product. Include your name, order number, reason for return, and information whether you want to refund or exchange for another product. Within 1 to 2 business days after submitting your application, we will contact you by e-mail with the number and instructions for returning the product.
Returned items must be complete, there may be no missing items. When returning the product, write your RMA number on the packaging.
3. We do not bear the costs of returning undamaged products. It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are properly packed.
4. Refunds will be issued in a manner analogous to the original payment method. The return will be issued on the same day that we receive the returned product. If the product is not required to be returned, the refund will be issued on the day specified by us in the email.
5. Order cancelation
It is possible to cancel the order of the product or the entire order, provided that the subject of the order has not yet been prepared for shipment or has not been delivered. If you can not cancel the order and want to return the goods, check the Returns section and contact us.
